Uia Diário is an online leisure and entertainment guide that was born in 2007 and offers a wide service of information about shows, exhibitions, parties and cultural events in the capital city, DAILY.
"Uia came from the classic question: 'What is the good of today?', Which was chanted as a mantra by friends, day after day," says Ana Carmo who, together with Alice Coutinho, idealized the site. From the very beginning, they had the participation of journalist and cultural producer Mônica Herculano (Nick Lanis), who in 2017 takes over the site.
After 10 years, with the support of the specialist in business management Raúl Javales Jr and the entrance of the website in the Signature Subscriptions, the proposal is to increase Uia's potential in favor of the culture of São Paulo.
Paulistana da Gemma, Mônica, also known in the cultural milieu as Nick Lanis, is Owl of Uia since the launch of the site, in 2007. Journalist, began his career in communication working on social projects, in 2002. At the same time, he acted as a reporter for websites and magazines, did research on art education and met so many people in the musical circuit who ended up going to the dissemination and cultural production, an area for which he has been dedicating himself exclusively in the last 8 years. In this period, among other projects, she produced and edited radio programs and was a partner, content director and publisher of the website and the culture and market management school. In 2016, he left for a period outside Brazil and, in 2017, back to São Paulo, decided to reactivate the Uia Daily.
