The Program of Exhibitions presents the work of eight artists. There are seven selected, Anna Costa e Silva (Eter), Elaine Arruda (Mastarel), Gsé Silva (Écfrase - Mother Phrases), Marlos Bakker (SDDS 3404, image above), Santidio Pereira , and the duets Ricardo Burgarelli and Hortencia Abreu (Only the distance shows the teeth), Janaina Barros and Wagner Leite Viana (Bad look - well looked at). In parallel, the artist Debora Bolsoni exposes project unpublished Alphabet at the invitation of curators of visual arts.
This is the first edict created by the São Paulo Cultural Center, unique in the municipal sphere of stimulus to the visual arts focusing on the contemporary artistic production of young artists. Created in 1990, the announcement, of national scope, has been carried out continuously for 28 years.
The initiative makes CCSP the institution most coveted by early-career artists throughout Brazil. There are about 700 subscribers for 14 selected per year. The edict offers suitable conditions for young artists to exhibit works at the institution, as well as critical follow-up of their works published in the catalog.
